 A Graduate of National University of Ireland (Galway) in the 1980's, I have worked and lived in many countries working in the areas of Pharmaceutical; Petrochemical; Food; & Services.

Having reflected on my vast and varied experiences in relation to projects, I have reached some key conclusions......

•  A Project cannot be deemed to be successful simply because it finishes on time and within budget. It has to deliver real benefits to the business: benefits that must be quantified.

• Workers, at the coal face, who are the most effected by new systems or processes must envisage that their work will be simpler and less stressful as a result of the changes. That alone will drive benefits for the company.

• Carefully selected project team members, that are given sufficient time and training, will remain within the business; will safeguard a successful project; & will develop into a more valuable resource for the company.

                              ....... and it was out of these conclusions that our business model was born and the company launched in April 2018.
